#4 My Unique Blog!

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.

I started knowing the blogging world for a long time ago when I am googling some items needed and found on someone’s blog. I wish I could be a famous blogger like them. Hehe. I had started to write the blog since August 2019. The reasons why I build my passion is I wish I could share my thoughts, opinions as well as ideas. Plus, my spirits soaring high to high when my elementary schoolmate also creates her blog and she used full English as her main language. Such have a nice blog. For my blog, I will use dual languages, such as Malay and English. There will be alternate language in every blog entry based on my mood. Ha-ha. I also will try to write in Jawi. Lovin it.

I searched and found the type of bloggers that familiar used by bloggers such as Blogspot, WordPress, and the Wix site. Hence, I choose the Wix site as my blog domain. The website has an amazing layout and theme for me to customize with my creativity. I love playing with a variety of colours and pictures already exist in the blog.

Time awaits me to have perfect writing, including quality and quantity. Me and PERFECT cannot be separated. Quality means that have good content while quantity involves the number of words. My little thinking 10 years ago was if I have a long essay, I would have a successful essay. I am satisfied. Unfortunately, my thoughts were false. It does not mean a long essay would be a great essay. It can be a short essay with great content is a quality essay. So, what I learned was do not to judge a book by its cover. You should judge the contents itself.

*Disclaimer: My PERFECT is not an Obsessive Control Disorder (OCD) but tends more to get nice sentence arrangements with a ‘good-looking’ phrase.

I kept pondering in my mind every time I logged in the Wix site account.

“Should I post my writing in the blog with my chaotic grammar or grammatical errors?”

“What if my readers equipped a good grade of Band 4 and grammar above in MUET or 5.5 and above in IELTS/TOEFL? Surely they have good grammar and slightly they do not want to read my posts.

This skeptical question made me trapped easily living with people’s expectations. My confidence turns down and slows down. But after I got online motivated by my idol which a famous The Queen of Mind Transformation in Malaysia, Professor Dr. Muhaya Mohamad. She conveyed a lot of eternity messages attached to the existence of Allah and Islam. I love these spiritual messages. I felt I had to change a lot for myself. I need to be brave in self-esteem.

Big applause for my English version posts. I believe Allah is with me and He was always with me indefinitely. He gives strength to my continuing writing. Finally, I am proud and humbled to publish my post in April 2020. I hope all my writings will be shared and read by others and the most important thing is I can treasure all my golden life in my ‘first and the last’ unique blog.
